There was a specific package designed for me. The trainers will be real with you to tell you when you're not giving it your all. Station Athletics has the talent to get you to where you want to be at a great pace. I think they changed the game in the diet aspect and the app. I don't see any flaw in the system and I'd say if it worked for me it will work for anyone.
