Station Athletics is more than online Training and Nutrition coaching. Station Athletics is based on old school philosophies and work ethics. It's about being authentic to your core, working hard, integrity and GRIT. In the military, where you are stationed with your crew, you do not leave a man behind. No matter what, you take him/her with you. At Station Athletics, You are not alone, YOU BELONG HERE, no matter where you are in your fitness journey. You will need to commit to yourself, you will have to do the work. You will need to trust the process. It might be hard at times. But you deserve to be great and we are with you through the process. And while you are becoming your best self, moving your body and learning to fuel for health and performance, you are also giving back and supporting others. Because we are donating proceeds to the burn treatment society. And in turn that just makes all of our hearts feel good.
